general no backouts without a replacement. i am not responsible for the condition items arrive to me in. i reserve the right to keep any winner benefits - minus signed albums/objects to people's names. i am a non-profit gom.payments you must ask for an extension; but this is not guaranteed, and will normally be maximum 48 hours. items will be put up for reclaim if payments are missed. most of my group orders will have three/four payments; initials, ems, customs and doms.fees i charge a small packing fee, which is solely used to cover a small portion of my materials. this is capped at 50p, and starts at 10p. everyday a payment is late, a 50p late fee will be added. this will last for one week/seven days before claims are dropped without refund.
