group orders

general no backouts without a replacement. i am not responsible for the condition items arrive to me in. i reserve the right to keep any winner benefits (except signed albums/objects to your name).
payments you must ask for an extension, but this is not guaranteed. payment deadlines are not negotiable. items will be put up for reclaim if payments are missed. most group orders have four payments: initials, ems, customs, doms.
fees i charge a packing fee which goes towards materials, starting at 10p and being capped at 50p. i charge a 50p late fee each day a payment is late for up to 7 days before i drop claims without refund.

general i sell/trade ww. i am not responsible for damaged/lost mail. i send proof of packing, address checks and proof of postage. if dming about a post, please comment afterwards!
shipping prices vary, but start at £1 for uk stamped, increasing depending on location/weight.
payments i accept paypal f&f and wise primarily. if you need to pay via uk bank transfer/revolut, please ask.

sales

sales i do not do holds. payment is required upfront. i send condition videos for pobs, i do not send these for cheaper/lower price photocards.
for polaroids, i provide blurs and descriptions before payments. unblurred photos will ONLY be shared after payment.

trades

trades if you have less clickable proofs, i expect you to send out first. i will send a video with the flash on, and any damage will be clearly stated. i expect the same from you. i reserve the right to back out of a trade before addresses are exchanged.
